ContiTech Presents High-Pressure Hoses at World Largest Petroleum Exhibition CIPPE 2016

Beijing, March 2016. International expert and industry partner ContiTech is about to attend the 16th China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CIPPE 2016) at New China International Exhibition Center (NCIEC). The Annual World Petroleum Equipment Congress CIPPE is the globe's highest level of UFI certified event. API 7K Bonded High-Pressure Drilling Hoses

Since its establishment, ContiTech has been dedicated to product upgrade. With strong R&D capability, substantial investment and continued improvement, ContiTech launches API 7K bonded high-pressure drilling hoses at this show. Inheriting from advanced R&D capability and design ideas, this series of hoses features a maximum inside diameter of

6 inches and a deflection of FSL2 level, with operating pressure up to 20,000 psi and operating temperature as high as 121℃, suitable for mud transportation, mud jumping, water injection and other applications.

 

Choke & Kill Completely Conforming to API 16C standards

API 16C Choke & Kill is another ContiTech’s highlight. This series of high-pressure hoses has a maximum inside diameter of 4 inches, able to withstand operating pressure up to 15,000 psi and operating temperature as high as 130℃ and free to work consecutively for

1 hour under a critical temperature of 177℃. Lined with the latest Tauroflon inner liners, API 16C Choke & Kill is a high-pressure hose product completely conforming to API 16C standards with the best chemical compatibility in the industry today. It is worth mentioning that this product's fireproof level meets both Lloyd’s Register OD 1000/499 and API 16C 10.5.2 standards.

API 17K High-Pressure Production Hoses

With state-of-the-art technology and top class quality assurance, ContiTech has achieved successive breakthroughs on its way to pursue premium techniques. The newly launched API 17K high-pressure production hoses boast a maximum inside diameter of 14 inches with extremely excellent resistance to hydrogen sulfide, able to withstand operating pressure up to 7,500 psi and work under temperature as high as 90℃. These high-pressure hoses are suitable for wide applications in mud return, bleed off lines, well test production lines, burner/flare boom, riser tensioner or drill string compensator lines.
