New Nobilas Report Provides Online Accident Management Capabilities to Improve Auto Fleet Performance and Cut Costs
Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, June 19, 2007 – Nobilas Claims & Fleet Solutions, an Akzo Nobel company, today announced the launch of its online accident management reporting tool, Nobilas Report. Designed for auto fleet owners, car rental firms, and insurance companies, this powerful software delivers analytical capabilities that can improve fleet operations and reduce costs. Nobilas Report combines granular information retrieval with a wide choice of top-level report formats to display key performance indicators, relationships, and trends. Armed with this new solution, customers can proactively identify issues and trends, reduce risks, and find cost-saving opportunities.
“Nobilas Report will give our clients greater insight into their operations to enable strategic planning and improve results,” said Geoff Bullen, General Manager Nobilas International. “Using this tool, clients can spot high-level trends and potential problems at an earlier point and take action. At the same time, they can pull up specific details according to user-selected parameters such as vehicle age, make and model, body shop, and accident cause. This combination of macro and micro views is extremely powerful and versatile.”
The new online accident management reporting tool provides a wealth of information including monthly summaries of activities and charges, and detailed reports ranging from overviews of operations to highly specific information about individual cases. Performance indicators including average claim and repair time and cost, vehicle off-road time, and Uninsured Loss Recovery, allow clients to see relationships between repair costs and vehicle makes, for example.
With sophisticated filtering capabilities, clients can look at regional trends and differences, differences in accident and repair frequency by vehicle type or brand, and the efficiencies of various suppliers. And because Nobilas collects data from many companies across Europe and North America, they can anonymously provide benchmarks for all aspects of the accident management process.
Reports are downloadable in a range of formats, giving clients the option to integrate them into their own accounting and management systems for use in conjunction with budgeting and risk analysis. Another important advantage of Nobilas Report is that it is configurable, so different industry segments can customize the reporting process to obtain the most relevant information for their particular priorities.
Clients access their data conveniently, via a secure Web portal hosted by Nobilas. “Because Nobilas Report is an online tool, the customer can use it whenever he or she needs access to current information,” Bullen explained. “It also provides the customer with a graphic dashboard of different activities. It is a huge advance in truly transparent and efficient accident management.”
