SABIC推出首款适用于柔性PI膜的高纯度SD1100P二酐产品，助力提升5G设备速率
近日，SABIC推出适用于聚酰亚胺（PI）薄膜配方的创新型高纯度SD1100P特种二酐粉末，进一步推动5G印刷电路板（PCBs）、透明显示器以及其他柔性电子应用领域的发展。这款4,4’-双酚A型二醚二酐 (BPADA)粉末能够帮助客户设计高分子量PI配方，从而改善热性能与机械性能之间的平衡。与目前市场上供应的其他二酐产品相比，SABIC的SD1100P 双酚A型二醚二酐粉末可以提供多种性能优势，其中包括更低的介电常数与损耗因子、更低的吸水量以及更强的金属附着力。对于应用于柔性线路板、覆盖膜和粘合剂中的薄膜和清漆产品而言，这些优势至关重要。
