Shanghai, March 2016. ContiTech, one of the five divisions of Continental Corporation, will attend Asia's leading cleaning show China Clean Expo (CCE) to present a wide spectrum of high-performance rubber hose products. This year's CCE will take place from 29 to 31 March at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. At Stand 1-B45, ContiTech will exhibit a series of excellent-performance rubber hoses suitable for pressure washing, food washing and other applications, and also provide customers with tailormade solutions. Antibacterial Fortress Series Food Washing Hoses

ContiTech’s Fortress series food washing hoses are widely known for their high quality product structure. Produced from advanced materials and manufacturing technology, this series of rubber hoses can be used for hot water cleaning operations up to 200°F (93℃), such as food processing, dairy workshops, packaging workshops, bottling plants, breweries, canneries and cheese factories. Its rubber outside features extremely good wear resistance and oil resistance that can prevent adverse effects caused by oil and animal fats to ensure highest degree of protection for the rubber hoses.

Normally, growth of bacteria, molds and fungi can cause severe aging to the outer layer of a hose, leading to unwanted changes in scent and color. The outer layer of Fortress series food washing hoses is coated with Microban antimicrobial protection material that helps inhibit growth of bacteria, molds and fungi, thus providing the outer layer with good protection.

Whitewater Alternating Hot and Cold Water Hoses: Excellent Resistance to High Temperature and High Pressure

Under tough operating temperature, poor quality rubber hoses may probably cause safety accidents. ContiTech’s Whitewater alternating hot and cold water hoses fully meet high temperature and pressure requirements, particularly fit for use in steam cleaning equipment as well as equipment combined with steam cleaning and pressure cleaning. For steam cleaning, this product can work with hot water under maximum 325°F (163℃) and 350 psi conditions. For pressure cleaning, it can withstand demanding environment of up to 250°F (121℃) and 3,000 psi.

Hydrocarbon Cleaning Hoses: Safe Delivery of Hydrocarbon Cleaning Agents

Another highlight from ContiTech’s exhibits is a hydrocarbon cleaning hose. It is specially designed for delivering hydrocarbon cleaning agents, but also fit for cleaning tank residues. This cleaning hose can withstand maximum 300 psi operating pressure and 350°F (177℃) steam environment.

Conti Dry Ice Delivery Hoses: Customized for Low-Temperature Materials

ContiTech has also designed a premium quality product for low-temperature materials – Conti dry ice delivery hose. This anti-twist, low-temperature resistant spray hose can be used for dry ice cleaning. It features highly wear-resistant inner and outer rubber layers and high-strength fiber-reinforced layers that not only help fulfill long service life and demanding application requirements but also ensure maximum reliability and optimal performance.

 

Dinga Water-Saving Gun: Energy Conservation, Clean Production

Dinga water-saving gun is another technological highlight presented by ContiTech. This product is extremely robust and has a long service life due to its high-quality brass/stainless steel design. Additionally, it is protected against shock, heat and cold and has a rubber protection against any damage from caustic solutions and acids. The use of this gun helps to save considerable water and energy costs, which, along with its chemical-free cleaning capability, contributes to the protection of the environment. The flow can be adjusted from a fine spray to a concentrated jet. Thus, the gun is suitable for a careful and efficient cleaning for nearly any professional application.
